These Babies are AWESOME!unnamed

During our recent outing to the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Fran, we had the great fortune to meet and talk with the folks at Pacific Superfood Snacks. This group of Millennials is totally devoted to providing authentically delicious and blessedly healthy, fun food to the world, and we fellow Millennials at fully embrace not only PSS’s motives but also their applications. Good on ya!

Carter Kirkpatrick, marketing director for the Bend, OR, company was totally gracious in answering our questions, and we want to give him the platform right now.

We started by asking about Pacific Superfood Snacks, to which Carter replied, “Pacific Superfood Snacks is an organic foods company committed to offering healthy and delicious snacks. Our kale chips are made in the vibrant city of Bend, Oregon. We are a certified B Corporation, which means we have a commitment to the environment and our community.”

Did we tell you awesome?

When we asked what sets Pacific Superfood Kale Chips apart from others on the market, Carter had this to say, “We believe every step in our process makes our products the best in the business. This means developing the best tasting kale chips in seven different flavors.”

We can only add, “!”

Carter continued, “It means sourcing our ingredients from a trusted network of organic farmers and distributors. It also means paying a living wage to all of our employees who make the kale chips you eat every day.”

We think we’re in love.

He wrapped up by saying, “Quite simply, we love what we do and enjoy sharing it with the world.”

Now, about those seven flavors. If you have a craving, chances are very good it’s going to be satisfied by one of these: Olive & Sea Salt. Rosemary Truffle. Cheese Pizza. Pepperoni. Stumptown Original, which is Oregon hazelnuts, garlic and onions. Cheezy Crunch. And of course Lava Rock Sriracha.
