Banana Bread Protein Shake
2 scoops whey protein
1/2 c cooked oatmeal
3/4 c bran flakes
1 bottle of water
Sweetener to taste
Mix it all together and quaff. Add ice or refrigerate for 5-10 minutes before enjoying. Namaste, bae.
