“In the past month, several QSRs and fast casual restaurants have announced menu changes targeted toward Millennials. Chick-fil-A is the latest to join the trend. The chain is adding more healthy options to its menu in hopes of attracting Gen Y. According to USA Today, Chick-fil-A will be adding three salads including the Grilled Market Salad, Asian Salad and Cobb Salad. Each one is fewer than 430 calories. Chick-fil-A wraps are also getting a healthy upgrade and will feature tortillas made with flax bread. Chick-fil-A’s menu additions come on the heels of KFC’s announcement about boneless chicken wings. KFC’s boneless chicken wings are targeting ‘ultra-finicky’ Millennials, according to USA Today.” Us? Ultra-finicky? We think not. Sniff sniff.

Turkey Cobb Salad Roll-Up

Ingredients

2 c shredded romaine lettuce

1 c chopped seeded tomato (1 medium)

1/4 c chopped green onions (2 medium)

3 Tbs blue cheese—flavored yogurt dressing (such as Bolthouse Farms)

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

8 oz thinly sliced roast turkey

1 avocado, diced

4 (1.9-ounce) multigrain flatbreads with flax (such as Flatout)

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.

Spoon turkey mixture evenly onto flatbreads; roll up (as the name would imply)

Serve with: Carrot Slaw
